In almost every movie, television show and video game that involves some kind of police, there is a certain sound byte that plays. Like in SimCity when you place a police station. That little sound byte! It’s seemingly random police radio chatter that sounds something like: “Plain and simple west 28 9 street…” It’s spoken by a woman.
